By accessing, browsing, or using the Zentra AI website, dashboard interfaces, or custom AI automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Zentra AI provides custom-tailored artificial intelligence solutions, n8n workflow pipelines, cloud hosting configurations, database synchronization, and related digital transformation consulting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, dashboard platforms, or integrations at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register credentials or sign in using Google OAuth services:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access, session leakage, or security breach of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Zentra AI portals or automated services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, inject code, or overload our hosting servers or databases.
• Use custom n8n pipelines built by Zentra AI to transmit spam, malware, or bypass intellectual property copyrights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with Zentra AI.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, logos, design files, animations, source codes, text copy, and custom-developed AI components present on our portfolio are the exclusive property of Zentra AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our property without explicit written consent.

Custom-built automated workflows (like n8n pipelines or deployment scripts) delivered and paid for by customers are governed by their respective development service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZENTRA AI SERVICES AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENTRA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
